Suspicious Roofers

Rogue “Roofers” in the area

A  group of “roofers” have been operating in the St Stephens area of Canterbury over the last week.

The van they are using is a blue Transit registration number LL04 YZS. There are at least three white males, with Irish accents, who are offering services to vulnerable members of the community. The services offered are at inflated prices and not of a good quality.

Trading Standards are aware.

Please make sure vulnerable members of your communities are reminded not to engage trades on the doorstep, however persuasive or intimidating, and to report any suspicious activity to Trading Standards.
